Zeal & Co Consulting is a multidisciplinary practice in Sydney working with older adolescents and adults, whose daily life is impacted by difficulties they experience with one or more of: mental health, intellectual or developmental disability, brain injury and adverse social circumstances. Many of our clients experience behaviours of concern that are significant enough to cause disruption to essential daily activities and participation in the community. We work with people who have experienced trauma and adverse social circumstances and those that have been in contact with the justice system. We provide a range of services and supports including clinical OT and psychology assessment and skills development programs, and art therapy.

We are recruiting for occupational therapy and senior occupational therapy clinicians to join our team. The roles are up to full time with opportunity for flexible working arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on the challenge and excitement of applying occupation specific consultation and intervention in novel circumstances to achieve meaningful life change for the individual and those supporting them. The roles have a strong focus on genuine capacity building at the level of the individual and their wider support system. The successful candidates will have access to supervision and mentoring and opportunity to develop clinical skills in a range of niche practice areas.

Remuneration and benefits commensurate to experience. Senior clinicians will have opportunity to develop a leadership role and advanced practice skills. Recent career occupational therapists have access to comprehensive supervision, co-working with senior clinicians and professional development opportunities.
