Our Team – Lisa Battersby

Director

Lisa is an occupational therapist and mental health clinician with over twenty years experience working with people whose ability to do the things they want and need to be able to do is impacted by difficulties with their thinking, behaviour and mental health.

Lisa has unwavering belief in the potential for all people to progress towards a more satisfying and meaningful life – a belief that has been tried and tested time and again with individuals considered “too complex”, “too institutionalised” and “beyond help”.

Lisa has a strong commitment to learning and development for herself as well as building the capacity of those working with individuals with complex support needs. She continues to enjoy roles of clinical supervision, training and education for both individuals and teams.
